Return & Refund Policy

To protect our business infrastructure against fraudulent claims, misuse, or exploitation, we enforce a strict Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing from our website or utilizing our services, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Replacements
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or claim evaluation, the customer must strictly fulfill all of the following conditions:
- The 24-Hour Strict Window: Any issue regarding physical damage, defects, missing items, or an incorrect product must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Absolutely no claims will be entertained after this window expires.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: The customer must record a continuous, unedited, and clear unboxing video starting from the intact delivery package down to testing the product. Any claim submitted without a valid, unedited unboxing video and clear photographic evidence will be rejected automatically.
- Product Condition: The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition as received. It must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, including all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. Damaged or torn packaging will invalidate the return.
2. Absolute Non-Returnable Conditions (Exceptions)
BD Mobility Solutions Ltd. will not accept returns, replacements, or issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind, dislikes the product post-delivery, or misinterprets product specifications that were already clearly listed.
- Customer-Induced Damage: Any defect arising from misuse, improper handling, physical drops, liquid spillage, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications will void all claim rights.
- Manufacturer Warranty Cover: For products carrying an official or manufacturer warranty, the customer must contact the respective brand’s authorized service center directly. BD Mobility Solutions Ltd. will not accept direct returns or refunds for technical or software defects covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.
3. Return Evaluation Process
To initiate a claim, the customer must contact our support line (01805036952) or email us at bdmobilitysolutionsltd@gmail.com within the 24-hour timeframe with the order invoice and the mandatory unboxing video.
Once the product is sent back, our internal Quality Control (QC) team will rigorously inspect the item. A return or replacement will only be authorized if the QC team validates that the defect is genuine and inherent.
Shipping Costs: The customer is solely responsible for paying all shipping and courier costs associated with returning the item to our corporate office. Return shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
4. Refund Execution Policy
- Replacement First Policy: If a claim is approved by our QC team, our primary obligation is to provide a Replacement of the same item. A financial refund will only be issued if the item is entirely out of stock and cannot be restocked within a reasonable period.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad, etc.) within 7 to 10 business days.
- Deduction of Fees: Any non-refundable payment gateway charges, digital transaction fees, or initial delivery costs incurred during the purchase will be deducted from the final refund amount.
5. Company’s Absolute Discretion & Legal Rights
BD Mobility Solutions Ltd. reserves the exclusive, sole right to make the final determination regarding the validity of any return, replacement, or refund claim.
Any attempt to submit fraudulent videos, altered products, or false claims will result in an immediate ban of the customer’s account, forfeiture of any pending funds, and potential legal action under the prevailing laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any given time without prior notice.
