Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Raash & Nico (www.raashnico.com). We are operated entirely by BD Mobility Solutions Ltd. We strive to ensure that your products are dispatched and delivered to your doorstep safely and efficiently. To guarantee operational clarity and protect our infrastructure against external logistical variables, we enforce the following Delivery Policy.

1. Delivery Coverage & Timelines

We partner with leading, certified third-party courier services to fulfill deliveries across all major districts within Bangladesh.

  • Inside Dhaka: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days following order confirmation.
  • Outside Dhaka: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days following order confirmation.

Crucial Notice: All stated delivery timelines are strictly estimates. BD Mobility Solutions Ltd. does not guarantee exact delivery dates. Deliveries may face unexpected delays due to courier operational backlogs, severe weather conditions, political instability, public holidays, or other force majeure events. BD Mobility Solutions Ltd. cannot be held legally or financially liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such external delays.

2. Shipping Charges & Advance Payments

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on the weight, dimensions of the product, and the final destination. The exact delivery fee will be explicitly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

For certain promotional campaigns or high-value products, free shipping may be offered, subject to the specific terms of that campaign.

Outside Dhaka Conditions: For orders placed outside Dhaka, the company reserves the absolute right to demand the delivery charge or a partial product amount as a non-refundable advance payment to confirm the validity of the order.

3. Customer Responsibility & Failed Delivery Attempts

The courier representative will attempt to contact the customer via the phone number provided during checkout prior to delivery. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to remain reachable and answer calls from the courier.

If the customer’s phone is switched off, unreachable, or if they fail to receive the call, the courier will make a maximum of one additional delivery attempt on the next business day.

Final Delivery Failure: If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts due to customer negligence, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be automatically cancelled and returned to our warehouse. In such events, if the customer requests a re-delivery, they must pay new shipping fees in advance.

4. Inspection, Risk of Loss, and Package Integrity

The Risk of Loss and legal ownership of the product transfer completely to the customer immediately upon the item being handed over to the carrier or delivered to the designated shipping address.

Customers must inspect the outer packaging before signing the acknowledgment receipt. If the outer parcel shows severe signs of tampering, tearing, or crushing, the customer must refuse the package and notify our customer service instantly.

Mandatory Unboxing Protocol: In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, the customer is strictly required to record a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video from the moment they open the courier package. No internal damage, component missing, or wrong product claims will be processed without this unedited video proof.

5. Corporate Discretion & Amendments

BD Mobility Solutions Ltd. reserves the exclusive right to choose or alter its third-party courier partners and restrict or suspend delivery services to any specific geographic location or jurisdiction within Bangladesh without prior notice.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify this Delivery Policy at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this webpage.
